At Roly’s Trucking, we saw firsthand the impact that COVID-19 had on our drivers. Under more stress than ever before, they stepped up to the table in big ways to get customers the goods that they purchase every day. We are proud to offer our drivers premium benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance. With our close eye on driver performance, we provide performance-based raises as early as 6 months into hire.

Roly’s Trucking began with Rolando Garcia, who left Cuba in search of the American dream. Over 20 years later, he has built his solo business into a multi-million dollar company with nearly 100 drivers, 500 assets, and a diverse team of employees.
At Roly’s, we pride ourselves on curating an environment for people of all backgrounds to feel comfortable and accommodated for. Half of our fleet of drivers are Spanish-speaking, and so is 75% of our office staff.
